Job Positions


Position 1: Motor Control Direction - Senior R&D Engineer/Technical Expert


Job Responsibilities:


Responsible for the research and development of motor control algorithms for products such as electric vehicle drive motors and humanoid robot joint motors;


Lead the architecture design, simulation modeling, and performance optimization of motor control systems, including but not limited to FOC (Field Oriented Control) and DTC (Direct Torque Control) advanced control strategies;


Responsible for the collaborative design of the motor controller's software and hardware, promoting the complete technical implementation of the product from concept to mass production;


Track the international leading-edge motor control technology trends and provide professional suggestions for the company's product technical roadmap;


Guide and train young R&D personnel in the team to enhance the overall technical capability of the team.




Qualifications:


Doctoral degree, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Control Science and Engineering, Power Electronics and Power Transmission, etc.;


Have a cumulative of three years or more of full-time work experience in overseas renowned universities, research institutions, or industry-leading enterprises;


Proficient in motor control theory, with practical development experience in electric vehicle drive motors, servo motors, or robot joint motor control systems;


Familiar with embedded system development, with application capabilities in C/C++, MATLAB/Simulink, etc.;


Have good English communication skills and cross-cultural collaboration skills, and are preferred with international project cooperation experience.




Position 2: Motor Design Direction - Senior R&D Engineer/Technical Expert


Job Responsibilities:


Responsible for the electromagnetic design and structural optimization of products such as electric vehicle drive motors, frameless torque motors, and axial flux motors;


Lead the calculation, simulation analysis, and verification of motor electromagnetic schemes, improving the power density, torque density, and efficiency of the motor;


Responsible for the research and application of new materials and new processes for motors, promoting the realization of lightweight and high energy efficiency goals of the products;


Participate in the formulation of the company's motor product technical roadmap, and customize motor design and development in response to customer needs;


Responsible for the compilation of relevant technical documents and the technical management of R&D projects.




Qualifications:


Doctoral degree, Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, etc.;


Have a cumulative of three years or more of full-time work experience in overseas renowned universities, research institutions, or industry-leading enterprises;


Proficient in motor electromagnetic design theory, with proficiency in using Ansys Maxwell, JMAG, Motor-CAD, etc. electromagnetic simulation software;


Have practical project experience in the design and development of electric vehicle drive motors, servo motors, or special motors;


Familiar with motor manufacturing processes and testing verification methods, and keep up with the latest technological developments in the industry;


Have good English communication skills and teamwork spirit.




Position 3: Motor Drive Direction - Senior R&D Engineer/Technical Expert


Job Responsibilities:


Responsible for the hardware design and development of motor drive systems, including power drive circuits, gate drive, sampling protection circuits, etc.;


Lead the integration design of motor drive systems, promoting the implementation of high-integration structure solutions for pump head - motor - controller;


Responsible for the EMC/EMI design, thermal design, and reliability verification of motor drive systems;


Track the international leading-edge motor drive technology, promoting the application of SiC, GaN, etc. in motor drive;


Participate in the research and breakthrough of technical problems related to motor drive in the company's intelligent manufacturing production line.




Qualifications:


Doctoral degree, Power Electronics and Power Transmission, Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, etc.;


Have a cumulative of three years or more of full-time work experience in overseas renowned universities, research institutions, or industry-leading enterprises; Proficient in power device selection and application, PCB Layout design, thermal simulation and thermal management technologies;


Understanding of functional safety (ISO 26262) related standards and requirements;


Having excellent English communication skills and project management capabilities.
