To strengthen our German team, we are looking for an experienced Senior C&Q Coordination Lead (m/f/d) to support a large-scale pharmaceutical CAPEX program. In this role, you will coordinate multiple C&Q workstreams, drive cross-functional alignment, support project governance and act as a key partner to project leadership during the delivery of a complex GMP investment project.


Your Responsibilities:

Coordination & Communication

  • Coordinate activities across C&Q workstreams
  • Facilitate communication between project leadership and the teams
  • Organize coordination meetings and track actions, decisions and escalations

Planning & Reporting

  • Support schedule alignment and management of cross-functional interfaces
  • Consolidate reporting inputs, KPIs, risks and issues
  • Support governance meetings and project reviews

Risk & Escalation Management

  • Monitor project risks, blockers and dependencies
  • Ensure timely escalation and follow-up of critical issues
  • Support mitigation planning and stakeholder alignment

Resource & Delivery Support

  • Support onboarding and integration of new resources
  • Maintain visibility of staffing plans and resource requirements
  • Promote consistency, knowledge sharing and project continuity


Your Profile:

  • Proven experience managing or coordinating multiple workstreams within large pharmaceutical CAPEX projects
  • University degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Project Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • 10+ years of experience within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or other highly regulated CAPEX project environments
  • Strong background in Commissioning & Qualification, Engineering Project Management, PMO, or Project Controls
  • Proven experience coordinating large multidisciplinary project teams
  • Strong experience in project reporting, governance, planning, and stakeholder management
  • Familiarity with GMP-regulated environments and risk-based project delivery methodologies
  • Experience working within complex international project organizations
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented working style


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a CQV Lead, Project Manager, Project Controls Lead, PMO Manager, or similar leadership role
  • Strong understanding of engineering, commissioning, qualification, construction, and project execution phases
  • Experience supporting major capital projects exceeding €100 million CAPEX
  • Familiarity with ASTM E2500 and modern qualification approaches
  • Experience with digital reporting, scheduling, and project management tools
  • German and English language skills are highly desirable
