What you will do
- Advise senior leaders on operational excellence, business performance, and leadership effectiveness
- Partner with executive stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and support strategic execution
- Coach and mentor leaders to strengthen decision-making, accountability, and team performance
- Help translate strategic priorities into clear operational actions and sustainable improvements
- Contribute structure, challenge, and insight in complex leadership and performance discussions
- Support stronger cross-functional alignment where better execution and operating rhythm are needed

What we’re looking for
- Significant experience in operational excellence, business transformation, performance improvement, or executive advisory work
- Strong credibility with senior leadership and the ability to influence at executive level
- Experience coaching, mentoring, or advising leaders in complex business environments
- A structured, outcome-focused approach with strong commercial and operational judgement
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to challenge constructively
