Your future responsibilities include:

• Providing SAP HCM support for colleagues in Germany
• Analysis, design, implementation, and ongoing development and digitization in the HR field; particularly in the areas of SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM
• Assisting with the technical implementation of SuccessFactors and providing ongoing support in collaboration with an experienced international team
• Handling SAP SuccessFactors system administration
• Further development of the HR IT landscape
• Continuously monitoring and ensuring the quality of implemented solutions
• Effective communication with all stakeholders
• Designing and managing specific workflows and optimizing future-proof HR processes

Your professional and personal profile:

• Bachelor's degree in economics or computer science, or comparable professional training
• Several years of relevant professional experience in a similar role
• In-depth knowledge of SAP HCM—specifically the PT, PY, or OM modules
• Initial experience with SuccessFactors is desirable
• strong understanding of HR processes, process optimization, and the associated system architecture
• strong willingness to learn, determination, flexibility, and team spirit
• Willingness to independently organize, structure, analyze, and drive projects forward
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
• Interest in new SAP HR technologies and openness to continuous learning

This position is paying up to 85,000 EUR Per year.
