For our client, a leading technology and consulting company in Germany, we are looking for a skilled SAP Specialist
Salary Range: €65,000 – €110,000 per annum + Bonus (depending on experience and specialization)
Location: Germany - Multiple Locations | On-site / Hybrid (depending on project requirements)
Your Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, and support SAP solutions across one or more modules such as SAP SD, FICO, MM, HCM, PP, WM, or others
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP system solutions
- Provide functional or technical support depending on your specialization
- Work on SAP S/4HANA implementations, upgrades, or migrations (preferred)
- Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and business stakeholders
- Support integration of SAP with other enterprise systems
- Maintain documentation and ensure best practices in SAP processes
- Participate in ongoing system improvements and optimization initiatives
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field
- Hands-on experience in at least one SAP module (e.g., SD, FICO, MM, HCM, ABAP, HANA, etc.)
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA is an advantage but not mandatory
- For technical roles: knowledge of ABAP / SAP development is a plus
- For functional roles: strong understanding of relevant business processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work in team environments
- Fluent English required; German is a plus but not mandatory
