We’re currently looking for an experienced Health & Safety Lead to join a major data centre project in Frankfurt, Germany.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced H&S professional looking to take ownership of the No.1 H&S role on site, working on a high-profile data centre project with further European opportunities to follow.
💰 €90,000 – €100,000 salary

💶 Living-away allowance
🔄 10/4 or 17/4 rotation
📍 Frankfurt, Germany
⏱️ Immediate start
What we're looking for:
✅ Strong construction / data centre H&S experience
✅ Previous experience at Senior H&S / Lead / Manager level
✅ Confident leading the H&S function on a major project
✅ Strong knowledge of site safety, policies, procedures and compliance
✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
✅ EU passport / right to work in the EU
You’ll be responsible for driving the overall H&S strategy on site, leading safety discussions, toolbox talks, audits and engagement across the project team.
16–24 months remaining on the current project, with the potential for further major data centre projects across Europe.
