Job Title: Project Manager


Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead the rollout and execution of a pan-European retail program. In this role, you will own the workstream end-to-end, serving as the single point of accountability between key stakeholders, internal teams, and agency partners from setup to final execution across multiple markets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Own full project lifecycle management for retail program initiatives across Europe.
  • Lead stakeholder coordination across international markets, internal cross-functional teams, and external client contacts.
  • Drive KPI tracking, progress reporting, and proactive risk management to ensure successful deliverables.
  • Maintain total timeline ownership with clear milestones and accountability.
  • Act as the central point of contact and accountability between agency teams and key business stakeholders.


Requirements:

  • Proven project management experience, with a track record of leading complex projects independently.
  • Demonstrated success owning project outcomes—meeting deadlines, managing key stakeholders, and delivering measurable results.
  • Hands-on experience in the consumer electronics sector, including detailed knowledge of retail landscapes, product launch cycles, and fast-paced environments.
  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in at least one additional European language is strongly preferred.
  • Strong confidence and experience collaborating with cross-functional and international teams.


Must-Have Experience:

  • Direct experience with retail advocacy, field marketing, or retail training programs.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the technology industry.
  • Must have experience with enterprise mobility or technology partner programs.
  • Must have excellent project / program management skills / written and verbal communications skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple, complex projects and timelines.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive trends.
  • Highly organized and able to work independently.
  • PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
