Quality Engineer (m/f/d) Customer Support
Your Tasks
- Manage customer quality issues (field & 0‑km claims) as the first interface
- Act as key interface between OEM customers and HQ Korea (claim management)
- Prepare, review and validate quality documentation (8D)
- Drive root cause analysis through data evaluation and technical discussions with global stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with OEM representatives at multiple locations
- Provide on-site customer support and actively contribute to sustainable problem resolution
- Lead and coordinate product reflash activities, ensuring proper planning, execution and tracking
- Report on quality KPIs and improvement measures to management
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
- First professional experience in the field of Quality in the automotive industry
- Creation and verification of 8D reports and other Quality Management Tools
- Creative, Customer focus, proactive, good team player
- Willingness to business travel
- Communication skills in an international team
- Good English and German language skills
