We’re supporting a growing international organisation in medical technology and precision manufacturing looking for a Quality Management Specialist to strengthen their team in Pforzheim.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll have real ownership across QMS, CAPA, complaints, audits, validation and continuous improvement — with the opportunity to develop your career in a highly regulated, future-focused industry.
What you’ll be doing:
- Drive and improve QMS processes
- Coordinate CAPA & customer complaints
- Plan and support internal, external & supplier audits
- Manage QM documentation, training & change processes
- Support validations and machine qualifications
- Work closely with internal teams and customers on quality topics
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
What we’re looking for:
- Relevant technical/business qualification or Bachelor's/Master's degree
- Experience in Quality Management / QMS
- Good German & English
- Strong technical understanding
- Experience with CAPA, audits, validation or Six Sigma is a plus
