Role – Quadient Architect
Mandatory skill required - Quadient Inspire, Custom Service / QI Scaler, QI Digital Advantage Suite, QI CJM, Quadient Inspire Interactive,
Contract Duration - 3 months with an option to extend, SoWs are renewed after every 3 months

Key Responsibilities
Define technology roadmaps, and technical standards across Quadient’ s software product portfolio.
Person should have robust knowledge on CCM (Customer Communication Management) across industries
Oversees end-to-end multi-channel document and communication workflows using Quadient’s enterprise suite (formerly GMC Inspire).
Quadient Inspire Suite Mastery: Advanced architectural knowledge of key modules including Inspire Designer (complex templates, layouts, and imposition), Inspire Automation (workflow scheduling and pipelines), and Inspire Interactive (business-user content creation).
Omnichannel Orchestration: Designing seamless document delivery pipelines across high-volume print, email (e.g., SendGrid, SMTP), SMS, web portals, and mobile channels. Platform Upgrades & Migrations: Strategy and execution for migrating legacy CCM systems (e.g., HP Exstream, OpenText, Pitney Bowes) into Quadient Inspire, or transitioning on-premise deployments to Quadient Inspire Evolve (SaaS cloud).
Should be able to lead the discussion for Integrations, Accessibility and etc.
Chair the Architectural Review Board to ensure code, platform, and infrastructure choices align with long-term strategy.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Deep domain understanding in high-volume, regulated industries like Banking, Insurance
Prior experience and ability to translate marketing and customer experience (CX) business requirements into scalable, reusable technical blueprints.
Experience:
10+ years in software development and engineering.
5+ years operating as a Solution Architecture
