We are opening a great opportunity based in Germany.
On behalf of one of our clients, a major player in Property Management, we are looking for a Property Manager to take charge of a portfolio of commercial real estate assets in Germany.
Location: Germany (on-site)
Start date: October 2026
Long-term assignment (with possibility of extension)
Main responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of commercial real estate assets in Germany
- Act as the main point of contact for tenants, landlords and local stakeholders
- Coordinate on-site teams, suppliers and service providers
- Manage lease administration and tenant relationships
- Monitor budgets, service charges and operational performance
- Take part in the portfolio takeover phase (audits, site visits, document review)
- Produce regular operational reporting to owners
Profile required:
- Proven experience in Commercial Property Management
- Experience managing office or tertiary assets
- Strong lease administration and stakeholder management skills
- Professional English (B2) required
- German required (local language)
- Knowledge of Yardi (or an equivalent software) would be appreciated
