Project Manager
ProSource are recruiting a Project Manager on behalf of a leading Main Contractor who are delivering major Data Centre projects across Germany.
€80,000 - €110,000 + Living Away Package + Accommodation + Flights + Transport.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager looking to join a market-leading contractor delivering large-scale mission-critical projects across Mainland Europe.
The role offers the opportunity to lead high-value Data Centre projects from pre-construction through to handover while working alongside experienced project delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the successful delivery of Data Centre projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover.
• Lead site management teams, engineers, subcontractors and project stakeholders to ensure programme objectives are achieved.
• Oversee project budgets, procurement, resource planning and cost control.
• Manage project programmes, monitor progress and implement recovery plans where required.
• Ensure all works are delivered in line with quality, safety and client requirements.
• Chair project meetings and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and design teams.
• Review construction methodologies, technical submissions, RFIs and design coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and manage project risks while implementing effective mitigation strategies.
• Ensure contractual obligations and reporting requirements are met throughout the project.
• Promote a positive safety culture and ensure compliance with company policies and local Health & Safety legislation.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Degree qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• 5+ years' experiencein a Project Manager role delivering large-scale construction projects.
• Previous experience working for a Main Contractor.
• Data Centre experience is highly desirable; however, candidates with Pharmaceutical, Commercial, Industrial or Large-Scale Building project experience will also be considered.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with experience managing multidisciplinary project teams.
• Excellent client-facing, communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience managing project programmes, budgets, procurement and commercial performance.
• Full driving licence.
• EU Passport or unrestricted right to work across Europe.
