Project Engineer – IT, AV & Communication Systems

Our growing international team is looking for a technically-minded, organized team player to join us full-time, based mainly out of our Hamburg office.

We support a premium, global client base with consultancy, system design, project management, and after-delivery support for advanced AV, IT, communications, and security systems in a highly specialized, high-end technical environment.

What we're looking for

• A technical background in IT, Media Technology (AV), Telecommunications, or Electrical Engineering
• Hands-on experience in one or more of these fields
• Some project experience, whether in engineering or management
• Curiosity, adaptability, and a genuine interest in learning new technologies
• A collaborative mindset — someone who enjoys driving projects to completion and sharing knowledge with the team
• Working proficiency in English (German not required)
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Visio, and MS Excel
• A valid driving license (Class B minimum)
• Right to work in the EU

What you'll be doing

• Designing technical systems and writing specifications for tenders
• Reviewing and evaluating commercial proposals
• Managing engineering processes, contractors, and project schedules
• Reviewing technical documentation and representing client interests
• Preparing and delivering client presentations
• Conducting onsite inspections and overseeing system integration
• Testing and acceptance of technical systems
• Solving technical problems, both remotely and onsite
• Planning budgets and timelines
