Senior Project Controller
We are currently supporting an international engineering business with the recruitment of a Senior Project Controller based in Heidenheim, Germany.
The role will focus on the financial controlling of international EPC projects, working closely with project management and the wider business to monitor budgets, costs and forecasts.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing project budgets, forecasts, risks and opportunities
- Carrying out target vs. actual analysis and investigating variances
- Working with project teams to monitor costs and financial performance
- Updating forecasts and identifying areas where action may be required
- Supporting sales, earnings and cash flow planning
- Preparing regular project reporting and financial analysis
- Supporting monthly and annual financial reporting
- Providing general project controlling support
Requirements:
- Degree in Business, Engineering, Finance or a related subject
- Experience in project controlling within an EPC / international project environment
- Strong understanding of project budgets, forecasting and cost control
- Structured and independent approach to work
- Comfortable working closely with project management, engineering and commercial teams
