Production Supervisor

Fill & Finish Production Supervisor

We are recruiting for a Sterile Fill & Finish Supervisor to oversee daily aseptic manufacturing activities within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment. The role will lead production teams across filling, inspection, and packaging operations while ensuring compliance, safety, and production performance targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise sterile manufacturing and fill-finish operations.
• Lead and develop production operators and technicians.
• Ensure GMP compliance, batch execution, and documentation accuracy.
• Support deviation investigations, CAPAs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Validation, and Supply Chain teams.

Requirements:

• Degree in a scientific or engineering discipline.
• 4–8 years of pharmaceutical manufacturing experience.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience within sterile, aseptic, injectable, or fill-finish manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of GMP and pharmaceutical production processes.
