Key Responsibilities
- Material Handling & Logistics: Responsible for the movement, transfer, and handling of materials within the production workshop.
- Equipment Monitoring: Attend to assigned production machinery and continuously monitor equipment operational status.
- General Workshop Operations: Execute basic operational procedures efficiently according to safety and quality guidelines.
- Workflow: Straightforward, standard operating processes with quick onboarding.
Candidate Qualifications
- Strong manual dexterity and physical capability to handle basic labor/production tasks.
- Adaptable and willing to follow production scheduling and site supervisor instructions.
- Must hold a valid legal work permit for Germany.
- Language Skills: Basic conversational ability in English or German (capable of simple workplace communication).
