Procurement Manager - Chinese Speaking (m/f/d)

Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for supplier sourcing and procurement strategy management across the EMEA region, covering both direct procurement for project delivery and selected indirect procurement categories to support business operations, while ensuring compliance and efficiency throughout the procurement process.
- Manage and execute procurement activities across the EMEA region for project-related equipment, services, and operational purchases
- Develop, evaluate, and manage relationships with local and regional suppliers, including supplier sourcing, qualification, and selection
- Lead the end-to-end procurement process, including RFQ/RFP, supplier evaluation, price comparison, contract negotiation, and purchase order management
- Support cost analysis and procurement optimization initiatives to continuously drive cost savings and operational efficiency
- Collaborate closely with Global Procurement and Finance teams to ensure procurement compliance, process alignment, and data accuracy within ERP systems
- Monitor supplier delivery performance, service quality, and supply risks to ensure business continuity and project success
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering or a related discipline (e.g. Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automation, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or a related industry (internship experience can be considered)
- Fluent in Chinese, English, German is a plus
- Good understanding of procurement processes, contract fundamentals, and supplier management principles
- Strong analytical skills with a solid cost awareness and the ability to interpret engineering drawings
- Strong sense of ownership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
- Experience in manufacturing, logistics automation, robotics, or technology companies is highly preferred
