Our Client, leading international investment organization, focused on private equity and alternative investments is seeking a talented Investment Associate / Manager to join their dynamic and collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market and company research to identify and assess investment opportunities.
- Build detailed financial models and valuation analyses.
- Support transaction execution, including due diligence coordination and preparation of investment materials.
- Work with portfolio companies on strategic initiatives, performance tracking, and value creation projects.
- Contribute to internal discussions and investment committee presentations.
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in investment banking, private equity, management consulting, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Fluent in English and German.
