We are seeking a high-performing Investment Professional (2-6 years of experience) with a consulting or transaction background and a strong focus on value creation to join our Munich office.
Your Responsibilities
- Take an active role across the full investment lifecycle - from sourcing and assessing new opportunities to executing deals and driving value creation in portfolio companies.
- Analyze markets and business models to identify attractive investment opportunities across diverse sectors.
- Lead analytical workstreams in commercial and financial due diligence, valuation, and business plan assessment.
- Partner with portfolio management teams to implement operational and strategic initiatives that drive growth and efficiency.
- Contribute to value creation plans, performance tracking, and execution of add-on acquisitions.
- Prepare clear and insightful materials for internal decision-making and investment committees.
Your Profile
- 2-6 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate finance, M&A, or private equity, ideally with exposure to value creation or performance improvement topics.
- Proven ability to link strategic insight with tangible business results.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, paired with solid commercial judgment.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership in a lean and fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, confident engaging with senior stakeholders.
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
