Operations Manager

Are you a hands-on operational leader who thrives on improving processes, developing

Aptco Technologies, a company specializing in the engineering, manufacturing and

distribution of high-precision laboratory instruments, including sample preparation and

testing equipment, is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead our Berlin site

and help drive the next phase of growth. You will oversee Production, Planning, Purchasing,

Logistics and Service while building a culture of ownership, continuous improvement and

operational excellence.

What we are looking for:

• Proven leadership experience in manufacturing, machine building, or in a technical

industrial environment.

• Strong Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement experience.

• Hands-on leadership style with a passion for developing people.

• Experience with ERP systems, production planning, KPIs, and operational budgets.

• Fluent in German and English.
