Senior Consultant, Automotive Plant Operations
In this role, you will work directly with automotive suppliers of all sizes, helping them resolve operational challenges, improve performance, and stabilize production.
Location: On-site at suppliers, primarily across Germany
Travel: Approximately 4 days per week on-site | Type: Permanent Employment | Industry: Automotive
Who You Are
- Fluent in German and confident in English.
- A problem-solver who can connect strategic insight with operational execution.
- Have worked directly with Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers on-site in factories or production plants and have been responsible for supplier performance or production coordination.
- Have managed production processes.
- Hold a relevant university degree.
What You'll Do
- Work directly with leading automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.
- Be directly involved in shaping supplier performance and production success at some of the industry's top automotive companies.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients on supplier performance, production efficiency, and logistics stability.
- Drive end-to-end supplier management, including onboarding, capability assessments, quality improvement initiatives, and risk mitigation.
- Identify and resolve production, quality, and supply chain bottlenecks.
- Strengthen supplier relationships while driving measurable and sustainable improvements.
