Operational Specialist Logistics (m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities
- Support and coordinate the daily operations of our warehouse
- Ensure smooth and efficient inbound, outbound and sorting processes
- Coordinate and monitor daily warehouse activities, especially during peak periods
- Support workforce planning, shift planning and task allocation
- Monitor operational KPIs such as productivity, throughput and processing performance
- Identify operational issues and coordinate appropriate solutions
- Support the Warehouse/Operations Manager in managing daily warehouse operations
- Ensure compliance with company processes, safety requirements and warehouse standards
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain operational data, reports and documentation
- Support continuous improvement of warehouse processes and workflows
- Take a hands-on approach and support the team directly when required
- Be flexible to work shifts, including night shifts, depending on operational requirements
What You Bring
- Degree, vocational qualification or relevant professional experience in logistics, warehouse management, supply chain, operations or a comparable field
- Previous experience in warehouse or logistics operations
- Experience in coordinating warehouse teams or daily operational activities is an advantage
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Proactive, hands-on and reliable working style
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, especially during peak periods
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Fluent English and German; Mandarin skills are an advantage
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Willingness to work night shifts and flexible working hours
- A valid driving licence and own car are an advantage due to the location and shift schedule
