Key Responsibilities:
(I) Administrative Support
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the Germany office, including workspace maintenance, office supplies procurement, and equipment management;
- Assist with local office leasing, lease renewals, and property management liaison;
- Organize, archive, and safeguard documents, contracts, notices, and other materials;
- Manage the procurement, registration, and maintenance of office assets.
(II) Business Support
- Assist with daily commercial documentation, including the preparation and follow-up of quotations, orders, and contracts;
- Support the sales team with basic data consolidation and reporting;
- Facilitate project information flow and progress tracking between the China HQ and the European team to ensure alignment;
- Support the follow-up and management of overseas projects, ensuring accurate communication and timely progress.
(III) HR Support
- Assist with local employee onboarding, document preparation, and related process coordination;
- Support the HR team in handling day-to-day personnel and administrative matters.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field;
- 2–3 years of experience in HR role; experience working at a Chinese company in Germany is preferred;
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese; English as a working language; German fluent required;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and common collaboration tools (e.g., Teams);
- Strong self-motivation, communication, and time management skills;
- Familiarity with basic German labor regulations and local administrative processes;
- Must have the right to work in Germany without visa sponsorship
