Liwela GmbH is a Munich-based beauty and wellness company with multiple D2C and B2B brands, including Yoonava and Curly Angels. Our head office is in Munich and our warehouse and fulfillment operations are based in Sebnitz, Saxony. We work with Odoo 19 Online/SaaS as our central ERP system and use connected e-commerce and operational tools to serve customers across Europe.
The Role we are looking for an experienced, hands-on Odoo ERP & IT Systems Specialist to become the internal point of contact for our core business systems and practical IT topics. The role connects operations, sales, logistics, e-commerce, and internal IT support. This is not a pure software development role. We use Odoo 19 Online/SaaS, so the focus is on configuration, troubleshooting, user support, process improvement, data quality, documentation, and coordination with Odoo Support or external technical partners when deeper changes are required.
- What You Will Do: Administer and support Odoo 19 Online/SaaS across key business workflows such as sales, inventory, products, orders, customers, and operational reporting.
- Troubleshoot Odoo issues, interface/module problems, access rights, workflow errors, data inconsistencies, and user questions.
- Configure Odoo settings within the possibilities of Odoo Online/SaaS and coordinate with Odoo Support or external partners when custom development, integrations, or platform-level support are needed.
- Support colleagues in Munich and Sebnitz with practical technical questions and recurring system issues.
- Maintain clean documentation for processes, settings, known issues, access rights, and recurring support steps.
- Support IT operations including DNS updates, domain renewals, domain purchases, hosting coordination, SSL certificates, website backups, and server-related troubleshooting.
- Help with office IT topics such as printer issues, WiFi problems, laptop setup, user onboarding/offboarding, hardware preparation, and basic device troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with external providers for websites, hosting, domains, ERP topics, and technical incidents.
- Identify bottlenecks in current systems and propose pragmatic improvements that make daily work more reliable.
- Occasionally travel to the warehouse in Sebnitz when on-site system or IT support is needed.
- What We Are Looking ForStrong hands-on experience with Odoo as an ERP user, administrator, functional consultant, business systems specialist, or internal key user.
- Very good understanding of Odoo workflows, especially around sales, inventory, product data, order processing, customers, access rights, and troubleshooting.
- Solid general IT knowledge, including domains, DNS records, SSL certificates, hosting coordination, backups, printers, WiFi, laptops, and user support.
- Ability to diagnose problems independently, communicate clearly with non-technical colleagues, and know when to escalate to external specialists.
- Good German and English skills for internal support, vendor coordination, documentation, and cross-location communication.
- Structured documentation habits and a strong sense of responsibility for business-critical systems.
- Comfortable working in a small, fast-moving company where priorities can change and practical ownership matters.
- Eligibility to work in Germany and willingness to work full-time from our Munich office.
- Nice to Have; Experience with Shopify, e-commerce operations, product data, logistics, warehouse processes, or Odoo-Shopify workflows.
- Experience with Odoo Studio, reports, exports/imports, automations, no-code/low-code configuration, or process mapping.
- Basic technical understanding of APIs, HTML/CSS, Python, web hosting, or integration concepts. This is helpful, but a full-time developer background is not required.
- Experience documenting systems, training colleagues, and reducing single points of failure in a growing company.
