Ocean Freight Team Lead
Are you an experienced ocean freight leader eager to take on a leadership role with a household name in German freight forwarding?
Our client is a mid-sized, globally active freight forwarding company backed by the financial strength of a major corporate group.
You will receive direct supervision and guidance from the VP of Seafreight who will help grow and develop you further.
You will also be a part of a massive expansion project where you will help to grow your team.
The role:
- Lead and develop a team of 10 within the Import department
- Report directly to the VP of Seafreight
- No P&L responsibility – the focus is on people leadership and operational excellence
- A genuine opportunity to help shape the team and the branch going forward
