Lead the future of pharmacovigilance in a strategic portfolio leadership role.
BioTalent is collaborating with an internationally growing pharmaceutical company. We are looking for a Medical Doctor with experience in Neurology/Psychiatryto take end-to-end accountability for the safety strategy of a global product portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Own portfolio-wide safety strategy, benefit-risk evaluation, and risk management
- Lead and develop a team of PV professionals
- Drive signal management, safety assessments, and regulatory compliance activities
- Partner with senior leaders across Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Medical, Supply Chain, and Commercial functions
- Influence business-critical decisions while ensuring patient safety remains at the heart of every action
What we're looking for:
• MD + MSc or higher
• 10+ years of pharmacovigilance experience within the pharma or biotech industry
• Strong expertise in post-marketing safety, benefit-risk management and PV strategy
• Experience in leadership roles such as Global Safety Lead, Therapeutic Area Lead, or similar
• Proven ability to lead teams and influence stakeholders in complex global environments
