MSAT Senior Scientist

We are seeking an MSAT Scientist to support technology transfer, process validation, manufacturing support, and continuous improvement activities within a fast-paced pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

Working cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, and external partners, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting product implementation and lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support technology transfer and new product introduction activities.
• Provide technical support to manufacturing operations.
• Participate in process validation, investigations, change controls, and CAPAs.
• Analyse manufacturing data and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Prepare and review technical documentation, protocols, and reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external customers to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements:

• Degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related discipline.
• Experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CDMO industry.
• Understanding of GMP manufacturing and pharmaceutical processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in technology transfer, process validation, manufacturing support, or process development is advantageous.
