The role

You own the heartbeat of our field operation: the day-to-day performance of every robot, and the people who work alongside them.

What you'll own

1. Fleet reliability. You are the source of truth for how every Billie is performing. You define and report the metrics that matter.
2. The tele-operator team. You train the team, take care of their growth, and make sure to support them on daily roadblocks.
3. Site relationships. Housekeeping managers, duty managers and hotel GMs are your daily counterparties. You keep them confident in the robot, handle the escalations, and know when something is a hotel-side problem and how to get it fixed.
4. Deployment to steady state. You take sites from go-live and train the housekeeping team how to work with robots on their side.
5. Feeding product and engineering. You are the field's voice internally. Recurring failures, dispatcher friction and PMS integration gaps come back with enough specificity that engineering can act on them.
6. Supply chain- import, export and robot logistics. You receive and send goods and handle the paperwork that comes with them.
