Want to be a part of our team? Our Manager's Compensation and Benefits responsibilities include researching implementing appealing rewards and tailoring benefit programs based on staff needs. To be successful in this role, you will build fair and attractive compensation and benefits plans that help us improve employee satisfaction and create a productive workplace. Working at NTT Responsibilities: Review salary payment runs in a monthly basis First point of contact for external payroll provider Design compensation packages and bonus programs that align with the company's strategic plan Ensure salaries and benefits comply with the current legislation such as pay equity Identify trends and implement new practices to engage and motivate employees Renew our compensation plans with monetary and non-monetary benefits based on employee needs Keep track of prevailing pay rates and make sure we offer competitive compensation plans Structure compensation in ways that will yield the highest value for the organization Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of employee benefit programs Track compensation and benefits benchmarking data Requirements: Hands-on experience in running all kinds of payroll tasks Experienced with HRIS, payroll software and external payroll providers Knowledge of building compensation packages and bonus programs for various departments and seniority levels First people management experience would be beneficial Excellent understanding of job evaluation and job analysis systems Good analytical skills Familiarity with labor legislation BSc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Finance or relevant field Fluent in German and English What will make you a good fit for the role?
