Logistics Specialist

We are strengthening the logistics operations of our Bonna brand in Germany. We are looking for a Logistics Specialist for Kar Porcelain Tabletop Solutions GmbH in Werder, Germany. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting logistics operations, shipment coordination, and operational documentation processes.
Job Responsibilities
- Managing and monitoring daily warehouse operations
- Preparing and controlling invoices, delivery notes, shipment documents, and operational paperwork
- Tracking inbound and outbound product movements both physically and systemically
- Supporting loading, unloading, and shipment coordination processes
- Coordinating transportation and delivery operations with the logistics team
- Monitoring stock movements and preparing operational reports
- Maintaining regular communication with the operations and logistics teams in Türkiye
- Supporting warehouse order, operational flow, and process discipline
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Foreign Trade, Business Administration, or related fields preferred
- Experience in warehouse operations, shipment, or logistics processes
- Good knowledge of invoicing and delivery note processes
- Proficient in ERP systems and MS Office applications
- Strong planning, coordination, and operational follow-up skills
- Able to adapt to a fast-paced operational environment
- Customer-oriented, responsible, and solution-focused mindset
- German, English or Turkish language skills are preferred
