Junior Marketing & Communications Assistant

BenBau is looking for a motivated and creative Junior Marketing & Communications Assistant to support our growing international business.

This is a great opportunity for someone at the beginning of their marketing career who wants to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, international environment and contribute directly to the development of our brand across Europe.

What you’ll be doing:

• Support the creation and coordination of content for LinkedIn and other communication channels

• Assist with employer branding and company marketing activities

• Prepare and edit presentations, company materials and promotional content

• Support the creation of visual and written content for ongoing projects and company updates

• Help maintain and update marketing materials and digital content

• Assist with internal and external communication initiatives

• Support the organization of campaigns, events and company branding activities

• Work closely with different departments to collect information and turn it into engaging content

• Monitor social media activity and help identify opportunities to increase brand visibility

What we’re looking for:

• Student, recent graduate, or junior professional in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media or a related field

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

• Creative mindset with a good eye for presentation and detail

• Comfortable using social media, particularly LinkedIn

• Basic experience with tools such as Canva, PowerPoint or similar platforms is an advantage

• Organized, proactive and able to work independently

• Interest in B2B marketing, construction, engineering or the Data Centre industry is an advantage

• Willingness to learn and take ownership of new tasks
