Information Technology Operations Specialist
Role:
An opportunity to join the IT Operations function of a globally , based in Hamburg, with a focus on mobility infrastructure (4G/5G/Wi-Fi). This is a chance to step into a live, immediate need where the client is looking to replace an underperforming incumbent with a stronger operational specialist.

Responsibilities:
Take ownership of day-to-day IT operations delivery across mobility infrastructure (4G/5G/Wi-Fi)
Step into an active environment and stabilise/improve service delivery, replacing an existing contractor arrangement
Work within a broader IT Operations structure supporting a major aerospace site
Maintain strong operational standards and responsiveness given the client's current dissatisfaction with service levels
Skills/Must have:
Strong hands-on experience with mobility infrastructure: 4G/5G/Wi-Fi
Operational, delivery-focused mindset (not architect-level)
Comfortable stepping into a live environment with immediate impact expected
Based in or able to work on-site in Hamburg
German market/language capability advantageous
