- Experience working with IT Services Clients
- Expertise in Employee Relations and German Labor Law Compliance
- Experience working with Works Councils (Betriebsrat)
- Talent Management, Succession Planning, and Workforce Planning
- Change Management and Organizational Transformation exposure
- Prior experience supporting leaders and employees within Germany
- Experience in a multinational/global organization preferred
