HR Director – Biopharma We are supporting a growing biopharmaceutical company in the search for an experienced HR Director to lead the people function through an important phase of growth and organisational development. Key responsibilities: <ul><li>Lead the HR strategy across the organisation, aligned with business and growth objectives</li><li>Partner closely with the leadership team on organisational design, talent and workforce planning</li><li>Develop and implement HR policies, processes and people programmes</li><li>Lead talent acquisition, development, retention and succession planning</li><li>Support organisational change and build a strong, high-performance culture</li><li>Ensure compliance with employment legislation and relevant industry requirements</li><li>Lead and develop the HR team while acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership</li></ul> The ideal candidate will bring significant HR leadership experience within Pharma, Biotech or another highly regulated environment, with a strong track record in fast-growing organisations.
