J&T Express is a fast-growing international logistics and express delivery company with a strong presence in Asia and an expanding network across Europe.
As we continue to build and strengthen our organization in Germany, we are looking for motivated graduates and early-career professionals to join our 2-year HR Trainee Program.
The program is designed to provide broad, hands-on exposure to different areas of Human Resources and to prepare participants for a long-term career within the HR organization of J&T Express.
Your Trainee Program
Over the course of 24 months, you will gain practical experience across several HR functions and work closely with local and international HR teams.
Depending on business needs and your development, your rotations and responsibilities may include:

- Organizational Development
- HR Reporting & Analytics

You will gradually take on more responsibility and contribute to both operational HR activities and strategic HR projects.
Your Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day HR operations across different business areas
- Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate communication and interview coordination
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Assist in preparing employment-related documents and HR correspondence
- Maintain and update employee records and HR data
- Support HR Business Partners and hiring managers in employee-related topics
- Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives
- Support learning, development and talent management activities
- Assist with HR reporting, KPI tracking and data analysis
- Contribute to employer branding and employee engagement initiatives
- Work closely with HR colleagues and stakeholders across Germany and Europe
- Take ownership of defined projects as you progress through the program
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, International Management or a comparable field
- First practical experience through internships, working student positions or entry-level HR roles is an advantage
- Strong interest in building a long-term career in Human Resources
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Structured, reliable and detail-oriented working style
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and international environment
- Proactive, hands-on and eager to learn
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Very good English skills
- German language skills are highly desirable
- Mandarin Chinese is an advantage
