BIPO is a Singapore-headquartered global payroll and HR solutions provider, supporting businesses across 170+ countries with our cloud-based HRMS, multi-country payroll outsourcing and Employer of Record (EOR) services.
We are growing our German service delivery team and are open to both experienced consultants and motivated fresh graduates. If you have a foundation in German or EU labour law, payroll or accounting and want to build a career in global payroll, we would love to hear from you.
What you will do
- Support end-to-end EOR and payroll service delivery for clients
- Help ensure payroll is accurate, timely and compliant with German labour law, tax and social security rules
- Work with internal payroll, HR and finance teams and external partners such as tax advisors and authorities
- Act as a point of contact for clients and help resolve payroll and compliance queries
What we are looking for
- Based in Germany
- Fluent in German and English (both required); Mandarin is a plus
- A degree or coursework in German/EU labour law, HR, accounting, finance or a related field
- Fresh graduates welcome; some payroll, HR or accounting experience (including internships) is a plus
- Hands-on German payroll experience is a strong advantage, but not required - we provide training for the right candidate
- Detail-oriented, eager to learn and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
