HR-Manager (d/f/m) - part-time / full-time
Your Role
As HR Manager, you will support managers and senior management in recruiting, developing and providing administrative support to our employees. Your focus will be on coordinating and delivering day-to-day HR processes—from recruitment and onboarding, to organizing employee development initiatives and providing reliable support on operational matters. You will act as a service-oriented point of contact, ensuring that HR matters are well prepared and clearly structured. Line managers and senior management will retain responsibility for managing their teams, leading employee performance and development discussions, and making key operational and strategic HR decisions.
Your Responsibilities
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
- Support and coordinate the recruitment process—from defining hiring requirements with line managers and writing targeted job advertisements to arranging and supporting interviews and coordinating the employment contract process.
- Identify and directly approach suitable candidates through relevant professional networks and active sourcing channels.
- Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen our profile as an employer.
- Design and coordinate structured onboarding and offboarding processes that ensure employees feel valued and supported.
Employee Development and Talent Management
- Support line managers in identifying training and development needs.
- Design, organize and evaluate training sessions, workshops and other employee development initiatives.
- Provide organizational support for succession planning, talent management and assessments of employee potential.
- Support the continuous improvement and day-to-day administration of our HR processes and tools.
HR Support and Coordination
- Support managers with operational matters relating to employee development and staffing.
- Provide responsive, service-oriented support to employees on day-to-day and administrative HR matters.
- Work closely with teams and managers and provide practical support to senior management.
- Help organize initiatives that promote employee retention, health and wellbeing, and a strong company culture.
Your Profile
- A degree in business administration, psychology, education, human resources management or an equivalent HR qualification.
- Several years of experience in HR, particularly in recruitment and employee development.
- Sound knowledge of employment law.
- Proficiency in modern recruitment tools and HR systems.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, combined with empathy.
- A structured, self-motivated and solution-oriented approach to work.
- Strong organizational skills, adaptability and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, international environment.
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
