Key Responsibilities
- Conduct recruitment demand analysis, develop talent sourcing channels, screen candidates, and oversee end-to-end hiring processes
- Lead compensation framework design, payroll administration, benefits management, and market compensation benchmarking
- Develop the training system, design curricula, deliver training initiatives, and conduct post-training effectiveness evaluation
- Drive systematic talent development to enhance employee competencies and organizational performance
- Manage employee relations, address employee concerns and resolve employment-related matters, ensuring full regulatory compliance
- Ensure all HR policies comply with German employment law and social security regulations
- Administer work permits and visa procedures for international employees
- Drive corporate culture initiatives and improve employee engagement
- Design and implement performance management systems
Requirements
- Master's degree or above in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of solid HR management experience, including at least 3 years as an HR Manager. Prior experience in multinational corporations or the automotive industry is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of German employment law and social security regulations
- Solid expertise in compensation & benefits design and performance management
- Professional capabilities in talent acquisition and talent development
- Proficiency in HRIS systems
- Fluent in English; business-level German proficiency is mandatory for employee relations and labor compliance matters. Mandarin proficiency is preferred.
