Make an impact where people and business meet
At LEM, we believe that business success starts with people.
We are looking for an energetic, business-oriented HR Business Partner to support our Sales Europe, R&D and supply chain organizations across multiple European countries.
Based in Germany, you will support a population of around 70 employees located in Germany, France, Italy, Denmark, Belgium, Austria and the UK. While Germany represents the largest employee population, you will play a key role in supporting and connecting teams across the region.
Reporting directly to the Vice President Human Resources and partnering closely with the stakeholders in Sales, R&D and Supply Chain, you will help shape the people agenda, strengthen leadership capabilities and contribute to the continued success of our businesses.
This role offers broad ownership and visibility. As the primary HR partner for your scope, you will manage the full employee lifecycle end-to-end, from talent acquisition and onboarding to performance management, employee relations, organizational development, talent reviews, compensation discussions and compliance matters. Payroll administration is managed through external providers, allowing you to focus on delivering high-impact HR support to the business.
This is a unique opportunity to join a collaborative HR team where your ideas, expertise and initiative will have a visible impact.
