Health Safety Environment Advisor

Boven Safety have an immediate requirement for an EHS advisor (German Speaking) for a large scale data center build in Berlin, Germany.

• Rate: Up to €65/hr (DOE) + Travel & Accommodation or €80 p/h (DOE) all inclusive
• Project Type: Data Centre
• Hours: 47.5+
• Rotation: 17/4
• Employment type: Contract
• Start Date: ASAP
• Duration: 12-months
• Experience: 5 Years experience on Data center projects
• Language: Must be certified fluent in German, C1 level or above

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety and Environment Health and Safety (EHS) principles, regulations, and best practices.
• Experience in Occupational Health, including risk identification, control measures, and worker wellbeing initiatives.
• Relevant professional qualification such as NEBOSH (or equivalent) and familiarity with recognized EHS frameworks and standards.
• Auditing skills for conducting internal inspections, compliance audits, and contributing to certification readiness.
• Fluency in German and good command of English, with the ability to communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven experience in an EHS advisory or similar role, ideally within sectors such as construction, manufacturing, logistics, or related fields.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and practical mindset.
