We are partnered with an internationally operating high-tech company in the life science seeking an experienced Head of Customer Success. The organisation develops and manufactures cutting edge precision-based instruments and is currently undergoing dynamic growth.

As Head of Customer Success, you will lead the Global Service & Support organisation shape the future operating model, and develop the people, processes, and commercial capabilities. You will be responsible for building a scalable, high-performing global organisation that delivers exceptional support experience, drives recurring revenue growth, and elevates customer satisfaction across the entire customer journey.

In this role, you will:

✅ Lead a global Customer Success organisation across Europe, North America, and APAC

✅ Drive operational excellence through LEAN processes, KPI management, forecasting, and continuous improvement

✅ Develop leaders, build organisational capability, and create a high-performance culture

✅ Grow service revenue, profitability, and customer lifetime value

✅ Lead strategic transformation initiatives, including the Service Consolidation Program

✅ Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product Management, and R&D to deliver outstanding customer experience

We are looking for:

• 10+ years of Service, Support, or Customer Success leadership experience
• Proven track record of organisational transformation and team development
• Strong commercial mindset with experience driving recurring revenue and profitability
• Deep understanding of operational excellence and continuous improvement
• Ability to influence across functions, regions, and executive leadership teams
