We're looking for a Senior Golang Developer to join a consultancy-focused environment where you'll combine hands-on software development with direct customer interaction. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys translating business requirements into technical solutions, mentoring junior developers, and delivering high-quality software for enterprise clients.

✅ 3-10 years of professional software development experience

🎯 What You'll Do • Design, build, and maintain scalable backend applications in Golang

• Work directly with customers in workshops and technical discussions

• Turn business requirements into robust technical solutions

• Mentor junior developers and share best practices

• Participate in architecture discussions and code reviews

• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and cloud teams

📍 Germany (Hybrid)

📍 Preferred: Cologne / Düsseldorf Area

🏢 2 days onsite per week

✈️ Customer visits approximately once per month
