(Global) Sourcing Manager (m/f/d)

For an internationally operating company with more than 700 employees worldwide, delivering construction projects and technical healthcare infrastructure solutions, we are looking on behalf of our client for an experienced professional to support and further develop global sourcing activities across international markets.
Position: Global Sourcing Manager (m/f/d)
Location: Hamburg, Germany
Key Responsibilities
- Implementation and further development of the global sourcing strategy
- Negotiation of quotations, commercial terms and supplier contracts
- Management of supplier selection and strategic procurement activities
- Development and management of long-term supplier relationships
- Coordination of international stakeholders and internal interfaces
- Identification of cost reduction opportunities and alternative sourcing solutions
- Procurement analytics and supplier performance management, including reviews and ratings
- Project management and coordination of procurement-related milestones and business review meetings
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience in sourcing, procurement or a comparable function
- Strong negotiation, analytical and project management skills
- Experience in international supplier management and cross-border procurement activities
- Ability to prioritize and manage several activities simultaneously
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in an international environment
- Leadership skills and the ability to work effectively with international teams
- Fluent English skills, both written and spoken, Portuguese or German language skills are considered an advantage
