A leading renewable energy developer is looking for experienced Grid Connection Managers to support the growth of its utility-scale onshore wind, solar, and BESS portfolio across Germany, the Netherlands, and the Nordic region.

Responsibilities
- Lead grid connection activities from early-stage development through to permitting
- Manage relationships with DSOs, TSOs, and key grid stakeholders
- Oversee grid applications, capacity requests, and technical submissions
- Collaborate with project development and engineering teams to deliver projects successfully
- Provide technical expertise to optimise project design and grid integration
Qualifications
- Experience managing grid connections for utility-scale renewable energy projects in Germany, the Netherlands, or the Nordics
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of electricity networks, grid connection processes, and regulatory frameworks
- Experience working with DSOs, TSOs, and technical consultants
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
