We are looking for independent professionals who can take ownership of complex initiatives, establish effective governance and deliver measurable results in demanding business and technology environments.
Ancoma delivers business consulting, interim management, project and programme management, and digital transformation assignments across Switzerland, Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
Areas of expertiseWe are particularly interested in professionals with experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Business and IT transformation
- Project and programme leadership
- PMO setup, governance and recovery
- IT infrastructure and network programmes
- Cloud and digital workplace transformation
- ERP and application transformation
- Transition and service-management projects
- Multi-supplier and outsourcing programmes
- Change management and operational improvement
- Several years of relevant project or programme leadership experience
- A proven record of delivering complex assignments
- Strong planning, governance, risk and stakeholder-management capabilities
- Confidence working with senior executives, technical teams and external suppliers
- Ability to work independently and assume operational responsibility
- Structured, pragmatic and results-oriented approach
- Professional fluency in English; German, French or Arabic would be advantageous
- Availability for freelance, interim or project-based assignments
Relevant qualifications may include PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA, HERMES, SAFe, Scrum or comparable credentials.
