As part of our continued expansion in Germany, we are looking for an experienced and hands-on Fleet Manager to take responsibility for the efficient, safe and compliant management of our vehicle fleet.


Your Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee a vehicle fleet of 50+ units
  • Ensure fleet availability, operational efficiency and cost control
  • Coordinate vehicle maintenance, repairs, inspections and servicing
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans
  • Ensure compliance with applicable transportation, road safety and fleet-related regulations
  • Monitor vehicle condition, utilisation, mileage and overall fleet performance
  • Manage vehicle safety standards and support accident prevention measures
  • Coordinate with garages, vehicle suppliers, leasing companies and external service providers
  • Manage vehicle documentation, registrations, insurance and compliance requirements
  • Support vehicle procurement, replacement and lifecycle planning
  • Monitor fleet-related costs and identify optimisation opportunities
  • Handle operational fleet issues and support internal logistics and operations teams
  • Implement and continuously improve fleet management processes, policies and reporting standards
  • Support investigations relating to vehicle incidents, damages and safety matters


Your Profile

  • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in fleet management
  • Proven experience managing a vehicle fleet of 50 units or more
  • Strong knowledge of the automotive aftermarket, including maintenance, repair and safety management
  • Good understanding of transportation-related laws and regulations
  • Experience in logistics, transportation, parcel delivery, e-commerce or a comparable operational environment is highly desirable
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and international environment


Additional Qualifications

The following would be a strong advantage:

  • Transport Manager qualification / Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) or equivalent
  • Multilingual capabilities
  • Experience working in an international organisation
  • Experience supporting fleet growth, network expansion or operational ramp-up projects
