Responsible for route design of chiral pharmaceutical and pesticide intermediates, focusing on asymmetric metal catalysis including asymmetric hydrogenation, cycloaddition, coupling reactions, etc. Screen chiral ligands and catalytic systems to achieve high ee control.

Conduct lab-scale process development, condition screening and DOE optimization. Address challenges including catalytic system stability, substrate scope and catalyst recycling, and carry out mechanistic studies.

Lead technology transfer of projects to support pilot and industrial scale-up, assess scale-up risks, and draft R&D reports, patents and technical application documents.

Track cutting-edge literature on chiral catalysis, introduce novel metal catalysis technologies, and build a chiral catalysis technology platform
