Key Responsibilities:
- Handling demonstration equipment in SAP from order to delivery in international context
- Administration and follow-up of the demo processes e.g. order booking (SAP-ERP), delivery and return
- Coordinate and communicate shipment delivery requirements with Product Marketing, Sales, Service and Logistics departments
- invoicing of contract fees & other product marketing related activities
Required Skills, Experiences and Qualifications:
- Proficient in German and English
- Experience in Microsoft Excel, Office 365 and SAP ERP systems
- SAP R/3 experience of min. 2 years (modules: Sales and distribution, materials management)
- Experience in inventory management systems
- Comprehensive knowledge of international import/export regulations
- Attention to detail and analytical skills,
- Ability to prioritise and plan effectively
