Your Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Develop and refine reports mainly with using the MS365, dashboards, and analytics to provide valuable insights into market intelligence, sales & performance analysis, customer engagement.
- Data-Driven Insights: Use your analytical skills to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can drive strategic decision-making and enhance our business processes.
- Data Integration and Transformation: Collaborate on integrating diverse data sources into Salesforce and work with data transformation tools to ensure clean and accessible data for stakeholders.
- Automation of Data Processes: Assist in creating automated workflows and data pipelines that streamline data collection, processing, and reporting functions.
- Ad Hoc Data Analysis: Address diverse analytical requests by conducting ad hoc analysis and creating actionable reports to support cross-functional teams.
- Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Create detailed documentation of processes, analyses, and system updates, and support training initiatives to improve data literacy across teams.
Your Profile:
- Analytically Driven Professional: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven Experience: 1-3 years of hands-on experience in data management, with demonstrated ability to process, organize, and analyse data to support business decisions.
- Analytical Mindset: Brings a structured, methodical approach to problem-solving and enjoys identifying trends and insights in complex datasets.
- Technical Aptitude: Experienced in working with data management systems and tools, and proactive in implementing solutions
- Experience with Excel: Proficient in advanced functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and other data manipulation techniques.
- Bilingual Communicator: Strong command of English (C1) and German is a plus, enabling effective communication in our international team.
