Germany (100% Remote)
Our client is an established international technology consultancy that continues to invest heavily in Microsoft Business Applications and large-scale digital transformation programmes. Working with enterprise organisations across a variety of industries, they are looking to strengthen their senior delivery team with an experienced Programme Manager.
This is an opportunity to lead complex transformation programmes, work closely with senior stakeholders and play a key role in delivering strategic business change within a collaborative and supportive environment.
Your Responsibilities
• Lead large-scale business transformation programmes centred around Microsoft technologies
• Coordinate multiple project streams, project managers and delivery teams
• Build strong relationships with senior customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
• Drive programme governance, planning and risk management activities
• Oversee programme delivery from initiation through to successful completion
• Support solution planning and strategic programme direction
• Ensure successful delivery across complex international programmes
Your Profile
• Strong experience leading enterprise Microsoft transformation programmes
• Proven experience managing multiple project workstreams simultaneously
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience delivering complex digital transformation programmes
• Strong leadership and programme governance experience
• Previous consultancy experience is highly desirable
• Fluent German and English language skills
